I was first contacted on LinkedIn. Then, I went through three interviews. The first one was with HR. The second was with a panel of architects and other technical folks. The last interview was the worst - it was in person at their office and lasted 3 hours. They spent a lot of time explaining the software and the work. It ended with a short technical interview done remotely. Yes, I had to go to their office just to have a video call with someone from Germany. After all that, they never gave me any feedback or contacted me again.

First, I had a call with the recruiter. It was a bit strange because she muted herself and left the call briefly, saying her kids walked in. Then she was supposed to set up an interview with the hiring team but forgot to send the link. I waited on the day of the interview, and she didn't show up or communicate. After trying to reach her multiple times, she admitted she forgot and rescheduled. The next week, I spent a lot of time on a technical assessment, and I never heard back about it, not even a rejection. I wouldn't recommend this company.

I applied on Ziprecruiter.com. A recruiter from the company called me and set up a telephone interview. I answered some typical interview questions. I then went in for 3 interviews with the HR department and a manager. After that, I had a final interview with the executives. The whole thing took about 1.5 hours. I wore a suit and had 3 resumes ready. They are located near Bush Intercontinental Airport off of JFK Blvd., so watch out for traffic before you head over.

First, an HR interview to chat about your background, why you want this job, and if you'd fit in. Then, you'll have interviews with two managers to talk about your technical skills, what you've done before, and how you'd handle real-world situations for this role. The last interview will be with senior management to see how you think strategically, how you work with different business parts, and if you align with the company's culture.
