We started with some general ability and personality tests to screen folks. Then there was an HR screen where we chatted about your general fit and experience. After that, a technical interview focused on SQL and fraud experience. The final stages involved interviews with the hiring manager and leadership, which were deep dives into your past projects and how you think strategically. We also had an analytics case study where you had to present a solution to a fraud-related business problem.

Started with a quick call to go over your resume and background. Then, a more detailed chat about your skills and experience, possibly with the hiring manager or a team lead, including behavioral questions. After that, a technical interview focused on project management methods like Agile or Waterfall and how you use them. Then, a behavioral/situational interview to check your past actions and how you solve problems (use STAR). You might get a case study to look at a project situation or do a task to show your skills. Finally, a chat with senior people to see if you fit the company culture and your career plans.

It was a bad, toxic and unpleasant experience, with Russian roots. They asked questions about USSR processors, saying it's the most important thing in the world. Not a single developer question, only hardware, even though the position is for a SOFTWARE developer.

I was called for an interview and had to bring my documents and experience letter. First, I had an interview with HR where they asked for basic introductions and about my family background. Later that same day, I interviewed with the Director of the Company in the afternoon. My interview with the director was short. It's worth noting that one of my family members already works in the same field. The next day, the Head of Department for Accounts interviewed me.
