Consulting Analyst
The interview process was pretty good, it had 5 rounds total. Most of the interviews were with the direct team, and the final round was with the SVP. The questions were mostly behavioral and the interviews were more conversational. Each team is looking for specific niches, like agency experience, CPG experience, etc.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Client Consulting Analyst
I met with many people from the Consulting Team. It started with a recruiter phone screen, then I talked to a team lead. After that, I went to the office to meet several other team members in person. It was good to meet a potential coworker and find out more about what the job would be like day-to-day.
- Can you describe a situation where you analyzed a dataset, and what was your process?
Analyst
I was first contacted by a recruiter to set up some interviews. After we sorted that out, I had three interviews total. One was with a director, and the other two were with managers. They asked standard behavioral questions, plus a few technical ones focusing on statistics.
- Could you explain the meaning of statistical significance?
Analyst
The interview process started with a recruiter phone screen, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager. Typically, there was then an interview with the director, and finally, a session with the SVP. The interview itself was pretty straightforward.
