The interview happened way back, about 10 years ago. I talked to the admitting manager. They had this list of questions they used for everyone applying. It was quick, and I got the job offer a few days after.

First, there was a manager screening interview, and then a peer interview. The questions were not that tough and were mainly to see if my background fit the job description. The peer interviewers were fair and asked good questions about my past work and how I would use it for the job.

Had a phone interview first, and then they scheduled an in-person interview with the director. It was pretty quick, only a few days between the first call and the in-person meeting. They were flexible with my schedule.
