It was a really well organized interview process. We had a micro teach session, a task to complete, and then an interview with the senior leadership team. They gave us plenty of information beforehand to help us prepare. The students were great during the micro teach, very polite and worked hard, which made that part easier.

The first round was pretty easy to get through. Everyone I met at the office was very polite, nice, and well-dressed. The second round was a full day job shadow where I went out with two ladies. One was training the other in the field. We drove to a territory about an hour away from the office that the sales rep had mostly finished covering, with just a few stops remaining. During visits to three businesses (this is business-to-business sales), the rep successfully made a sale and got another employee interested in the product. We had a nice time chatting with the new customer while the rep showed her trainee how to do everything. We asked locals for a lunch spot and found a great place with tasty food. Afterwards, we went to assist a past customer with their previously bought product, and the day concluded with ice cream. Overall, it's a great sales company that trains its reps effectively and instills a positive attitude towards sales. They maintain a positive outlook in the field and are good at passing on that upbeat attitude. If I hadn't received another offer in a field that interested me more, I would have accepted their offer. They offered a fast track for career advancement.

The interview process is an average experience. The first interview is with someone who runs the local office to just get a feel if you are going to be a good fit. Basic, easy open ended questions just trying to get a better understanding of who you and where you've been. Second round is more of a mock sale where you and a few other applicants are asked a series of questions relating to the sell-able product. Overall it is an enjoyable and minimal stress situation.

They found my resume on an online platform, which was a bit surprising since I'm a 3D artist and wasn't actively looking for this kind of role. After our initial call, they mentioned a decent base salary, but my own research showed it's actually commission-only, which wasn't what I wanted. The interview itself was pretty straightforward, but it didn't really clarify what the job actually entails; I had to figure that out on my own.
