I had a face to face interview with a panel of 3 workers. I don't remember too much about it since it was a long time ago, but I think it went okay because I got the job.

I applied for the job through an agency. I had a telephone interview with two people from the company, a test lead and someone from the dev team. The interview wasn't super technical, and they mostly asked about things on my CV. Even though I applied for a manual junior tester role, most of the questions were about automation.

So, the interview process for NCC Bank Bangladesh typically goes like this: First, they do an initial screening where they check your resume to see if you meet the basic stuff for the job. If that looks good, you'll get a written test to check your problem-solving, logical reasoning, and how good you are with numbers. Pass that, and you're onto a group discussion to see how you communicate and get along with others. After the group discussion, if you do well, you'll have a face-to-face interview with a panel from the bank. They'll ask about your knowledge and experience related to the job and if you can work well in a team. Then, there's a final interview with the bank's senior management to see if you're a good fit overall. Lastly, they do reference checks with your old jobs to make sure you were a good employee and can be relied on. Once all these are done...

The interview process had 2 stages, one online and one at the office. I got a call a couple of weeks after applying. The first interview was with HR and the second with someone from site management. The first interview focused on my professional goals, and the second on my personality.
