First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at NCC Group.
Software Engineer
You start with an initial interview with the dev team. If you pass that, they'll schedule you for a technical interview. During the technical interview, you'll review code, assess if it's working, and discuss your approach to optimizing it. They're friendly and will offer hints, but you'll still need to provide a solid solution.
- Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
Project Enablement Specialist
It was a one-hour online interview that was scenario-based, which I think is great for experienced hires. The interviewers weren't trying to pressure me. I got the result faster than I expected.
- How would you handle disagreements with your supervisor?
Human Resources Business Partner
Got through the interview process pretty fast. First, a chat with the TA person, then a talk with the hiring manager, and finally met with the HRD/CPO. I felt comfortable and welcomed during all the conversations.
- Tell me about a time you had to manage a challenging stakeholder with whom you disagreed.
Sales
It was a welcoming and easy process, they were clear about their recruitment goals and gave me feedback quickly and completely. Since I was successful, my impression of the company matches the high hopes I had after the interview. A fantastic place to work.
