Had a Zoom call for about an hour. The next week, I had an in-person interview that was supposed to be four hours but only took 2.5 hours. I met with people from Administrative Services and HR who asked me general questions. Got a call about two hours later saying I got the job!!

The interview process involved a phone interview first, then a face-to-face one. The phone interview was pretty basic, asking what I knew about the job and why I was interested, and then we did a quick run-through of my experience. They also asked about my long-term goals and my strengths and weaknesses. It felt like the phone interview was just a preliminary check, and I was already set for a face-to-face interview before that call even happened.

The interview process was pretty standard. They reached out pretty quickly for an initial chat, and then they moved on to candidates pretty fast. The tough part was they crammed a bunch of interviews into the first day, and only the people who were doing well got meetings on the second day. I was in Indianapolis, and then I found out I didn't make it to the next stage. I had to travel back home the next day, which was a bummer because I could have just gone back to my regular job in one day.

I had a 30-minute video call on Microsoft Teams for my internship interview. It was a pretty standard interview with typical questions, nothing too unexpected. They asked about my strengths and career goals, that kind of thing. The vibe was pretty casual, and I got to ask them some questions too.
