The first interview was with the QA Manager. It was an average interview with typical questions, some of which were based on my resume. There was also time at the end for me to ask questions. I didn't feel comfortable during the interview with the QA Manager. The interaction made me decide that I would not like to work under this manager.

The whole thing took about 6 weeks from start to finish. It involved a few different things. It started with a phone chat with the hiring manager. Then there was another conference call, this time with the hiring manager and someone else who works in a specialized role. After those calls, I had a few in-person meetings. Two of those meetings required me to prepare and give a presentation. Once they decided to offer me the job, they also asked for my okay to do a background check, a drug test, and a credit check.

Applied for the Client Services & Solutions - Specialist II role on July 29, took a Predictive Index test July 30, and had a strong screening call the following day, but then NBH Bank completely ghosted me. No feedback, no rejection email, even after two follow-ups, as of September 2. The process felt disrespectful of my time, and I suspect they filled the role internally. The pay was also way too low for the job’s responsibilities.
