Regulatory Compliance Coordinator
The interview process was really nice. First, I had a chat with HR over the phone, then met with the hiring manager. After that, I went in for an in-person meeting with both HR and the hiring manager. They also had me take an integrity test and did a reference check. Everything went really smoothly. The HR person and the hiring manager were both super friendly and explained things clearly the whole time. It felt like they were trying to see if I'd be a good fit without making things awkward. They were really good at communicating, always got back to me quickly, and were open, flexible, and understanding. Overall, it was a great experience.

Data Operations Analyst
I had a fantastic recruitment experience for the Data Operations Analyst position. The entire process was well-organized, starting from the very first HR call to the final contract signing. What stood out most was the human element. it felt like I was connecting with people rather than just being "evaluated." There was a clear emphasis on chemistry and cultural fit, alongside technical skills, which made me even more interested in the company. The process consisted of 7 stages: Initial HR Phone Screen: Clear and informative. Hiring Manager Interview: I highly appreciated that this happened before the home assignment. In my opinion, it says a lot about how the organization views the recruitment process, and I was happy with this approach. Home Assignment: Relevant and fair. Interview with the CEO: A very interesting talk regarding the business and the product's journey. In-person HR Interview: Deep dive into culture and fit. Reference Checks. Offer & Contract Signing. Throughout the process, communication was transparent. I always knew exactly where I stood and what the next steps were. The wait times between stages were very reasonable.

Social Media Manager
I interviewed for the Social Media Manager role at Nayax. The process included an HR phone call, a Zoom with the hiring manager, a home assignment that was a good mix of strategy and execution, and a final in-person meeting with both HR and the hiring manager. The hiring manager was super clear about what the job entailed and seemed keen to make sure it was a good fit for me too, which was awesome. The Nayax team made the whole thing run smoothly.

Integration Manager
I got a call from the recruiter, who gave me some details about the role. I then shared my background. She clarified the maximum salary is 22K per month, and asked if that was okay with me. After that, there was a take-home assignment. The assignment required me to analyze a log to count successful and failed transactions. It also involved a 1-minute video introducing myself. It was a straightforward task. However, a week passed with no response from the recruiter, not even a rejection. This was quite unprofessional.
