Manager
All interviews are panel interviews. Depending on the role there may be multiple rounds. The interviewers all participate equally. From round to round the process seemed very consistent and fair.
- Tell me about a process you created or made better
Loss Prevention Manager
Interview was great and related to questions about the Loss Prevention field. Questions were direct and not meant to trick or confuse you. Safety questions were not in depth, as Loss Prevention questions. Questions regarding the use of the Aspect program were asked.
- Were there any difficult questions asked if you had experience in the Loss Prevention and Safety fields?
Loss Prevention Manager
I had a phone interview with the DLPM and RLPM, then an in-person interview with the DLPM. About a week after meeting with both the RLPM and DLPM, I got the job offer. It was a pretty easy vetting process overall. They do thorough background checks, and depending on the job, you might need security clearance to get onto US Navy bases.
- None really, all questions were pretty straightforward.
