Talent Acquisition
The final discussion was an in-person meet with the Founding director of the organization. I was well in time, 5 minutes before schedule. She was 1.5 hours late as the interviewer and above all she asked me to leave just because i walked into her cabin 2 minutes late. She also flung my resume towards me, left and asked me to get out. I was totally repelled due to the same. A piece of advice to the Founding director - "as a professional" and "not as the boss of a company", respect and value the time of other professionals. I would not recommend this organization to anyone. The Recruiter was pretty cooperative. However the interview process was lengthy with frequent reschedules.

HR Executive
It was a quick and good interview process. I got an offer within a few days. The interview was conducted both face-to-face and telephonically. I was called in for the interview only once. It was a nice experience.
- Tell me about your skills and experience.
- What are your expectations for this role?
Project Manager
I was interviewed for a project manager role on a Bharat Petroleum project. The interviewer was good, and the staff, particularly HR, were very cooperative. I received an offer, but I rejected it because of the company president. He's young and disrespectful in conversations, quite rude, and I question how he became president.
- Can you explain the connection between project management and software development?
- What specific software and methodologies did you employ in past software development projects?
- Do you have experience working with deadlines and customizing products for sales?
Python Developer
After screening the resume, HR scheduled the interview. There were two rounds: the first was a technical round and the second was an HR round. The technical round was an online interview. They asked for my introduction, then asked some basic Python questions, mostly from InterviewBit. I was also given a Python coding problem to solve.
- Can you explain what a decorator is and provide an example including a parameter?
- Could you define what a generator is and show an example with a parameter?
