Behavioral

Interview was super easy! Lots of behavioral questions like ‘how would you deal with a difficult coworker?’ The interviewer was really nice, gave me feedback, and agreed with my answers. My offer mentioned I scored high, way above benchmark, so they definitely use a point system for grading.

Behavioral Technical

There were 2 interview rounds. They asked standard behavioral and technical experience questions, and some curveball ones that really caught me off guard. What I really disliked though was the communication after the interview. I got ghosted! It takes time to do interviews, and recruiters should at least let candidates know where they stand.

Behavioral Other

I was contacted by the hiring manager and was offered a low ball package. A year later I was contacted again since the person they hired was not working out and was causing HR issues (Yes I was told all about it). I went through the interview process a second time. A C-Suite person did not like that I rejected the previous offer. HR had me do a Harrison assessment. It was silly as it said I am not assertive enough (anyone who knows me would find that to be untrue). The hiring manager offered me the job, then rescinded, then offered and rescinded again, likely due to the C-level person's concerns and the HR concern over my Harrison assessment. I was told I was dropped because of the assessment, though kudos to HR for meeting with me about it. I wasn't sure how to answer whether I got an offer since I did and it was rescinded twice. A note about the Harrison assessment - It's methodology is not good for someone like me who is good at a lot of things and is a generalist.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was quite basic, focusing mainly on behavioral questions and technical knowledge. This company tends to conduct panel interviews without prior notification, meaning you'll always be speaking with more than one person. It feels like many aspects are overlooked, and they don't really encourage follow-up questions. They're also terrible at sending rejection emails. Their system doesn't update either; I interviewed for a position months ago that's still under review (was told I'd know next steps within a week), and for a more recent position, I haven't heard back or seen any updates. While I thought both interviews went well and were straightforward, clearly that wasn't the case as there's been no communication from the company.
