The interview process was disorganized with no communication between interviewers. I went into the first interview and was immediately faced with very difficult questions. The interviewer was nice but firm, and it seems like if you prefer working in a team, this might not be the right company for you.

I got the offer through LinkedIn, though I had initially applied on their website. The process was super fast. I went through two interviews: the first one was with the marketing coordinator based in the UK and the director of marketing and admissions in Enschede, and then the second interview was with the College Director.

This whole thing was a complete waste of time, orchestrated by some truly awful hiring managers. It's like they're masters of bait and switch. If a hiring manager dismisses the job description's importance, take them at their word about their own integrity. The reality is, companies don't just post high-paying roles with generic templates. If the job description specifically mentions 'Agent Channel' and your experience isn't in that area, trust the written description over the spoken word of the interviewer.
