So basically, they already had my info from a prior application. They reached out again, and I went through three interview stages: first, the HR screening, then a technical interview, and finally, a behavioral one. This whole thing spanned three weeks, with one interview happening each week. The technical interviews were pretty positive, with two interviewers from Manila and the US. The last interviewer asked typical questions like 'Where do you see yourself in 3-5 years?'. The talent acquisition person gave feedback about two days after the first two interviews, but then stopped responding after the final one, even though they said they'd share the results.

So, first there was an HR phone screen, then a call with the CFO, and finally an in-person, on-site interview. The whole thing took about three weeks from when they first reached out to the offer. The on-site was about 1.5 hours and involved a written test, going over my answers, and then a panel interview with the CFO, a Finance Manager, and an HR person. They gave me a calculator for the test, which was finance-related. They said they weren't so much looking for right answers on the test, but more to see how I thought things through. After the test, the CFO and I talked about my answers. It seemed like the test and discussion were to check my interest in the company and if I could think critically. I liked that the team seemed to be always trying to improve and were all about analytical thinking and taking action, which was a big reason I accepted.

So, the interview process had 3 main rounds and spanned about a month. First, there was a phone interview with some standard questions. Then, a full day interview where I met with 4-5 different people throughout the day. Finally, an interview with upper management to see if I was a good fit and basically a welcome to the team.

I applied online and after about a week, I got a phone interview with an HR person. It went for about 30 minutes and they asked me some behavior questions. Unfortunately, I didn't move on to the next stage.
