The interview process was really quick, with the recruiter doing a fantastic job organizing everything. It went like this: Recruiter Screen, then a Director/Peer Phone Interview, followed by an Onsite Interview. It took about 4 weeks from the first contact to the offer, though it might have been faster if my schedule had allowed. I really enjoyed all the chats I had with the consultants and company leaders. The whole experience was quite enjoyable, and the people made the company feel welcoming and genuine.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I interviewed with the same person 3 times over a 45 day period. Then they asked me to take the day off work, fly to LA and meet with another person. All in all, 60 days later I had an awful offer in hand for which I thought they were kidding. They knew all along what my compensation expectations were, and offered me a 40% cut from expectations. It was a huge blow, a waste of time and very unprofessional. I don't recommend this organization. They want top talent for peanut compensation. Very clear they do not value their employees.

I interviewed with NMP and it was a great experience. They treated me professionally and valued my contributions. I spoke with NMP associates who had different backgrounds and they each added value to the process. The interviews were efficient and straightforward. It's a first-class company.

It's usually a 3-step process: first, a recruiter chat, then a technical interview with an expert in the field, and finally, an in-person meeting with an executive. Sometimes, they might change the number of steps based on your specific skills or how experienced you are. But no matter what, they always check how well you'd fit into the company culture.
