It was pretty straightforward, about 20 mins. They asked about my experience with SaaS and vendor contracts. We also talked about data privacy and how important it is to handle school data properly. And they wanted to know why I was interested in the job and the company.

I applied through LinkedIn's easy apply and immediately got an interview invite. The interview got rescheduled once. They emailed me some questions about my experience with tasks and software relevant to the job before the interview. The interview started with a request to briefly describe my resume's work experience. Then, they asked about my salary expectations. The interview concluded there. I stated $90k, which Glassdoor reviews suggest is around the median salary for this role. Jonathan, the interviewer, mentioned their budget for this position is $70k-$75k. It would have been more efficient if the company had been upfront about this.

I applied online and heard from a recruiter on LinkedIn to set up an interview. He didn't try to schedule anything before two weeks out. The first interview was supposed to be on webcam, which I thought was over the phone. I emailed him saying sorry and that I was ready even though it was 5 minutes past our scheduled time. He said he couldn't make it because he had other interviews, even though we had almost half an hour. We rescheduled for the next day, which he suggested. We picked a time that worked. I logged in 5 minutes early. The recruiter never logged in. I waited 20 minutes. I emailed him and messaged him on LinkedIn, but no reply. He totally ghosted me. I waited a day to see if he'd at least apologize or reschedule, but nothing. After almost a week of being ignored, I considered not writing this review, but I felt it was important to give this feedback to the company. Your company's reviews are great and the organization looks good, but I can't help but feel that ghosting candidates after scheduling time with them is incredibly unprofessional. It's a bummer, I was really looking forward to learning more.

I had a really bad experience with this company's hiring process for the Implementation Consultant role. I applied and a recruiter contacted me for a video call. The recruiter rescheduled the interview, which was fine, but then during the interview, he rushed through everything and didn't talk about the job much. He only spent about 9 minutes asking me basic questions and didn't seem interested in my background. He didn't really discuss the role, it felt like he was just going through the motions. He said he'd send my info to the director and I'd hear back in two days. It's been over a month and I've heard nothing. I sent a thank you email right after and when I got no reply, I followed up and even messaged someone else at the company on LinkedIn. Still complete silence. It's weird because the recruiter keeps reposting the job on LinkedIn and is really active there, so they are clearly looking for people. It seems like they're either not serious about hiring or just unprofessional. I found other Glassdoor reviews that sound like the same thing happened to them, so it looks like this is a pattern. It's really concerning how they treat candidates. It's not just the lack of communication, it's the total disrespect for our time. I expected better from a company I wanted to work for. This whole experience with the recruiter has left me feeling disappointed and annoyed. I hope they seriously consider this feedback and fix their hiring process and how their recruiters act. Candidates put in time and effort, and the least they deserve is respectful and clear communication.
