Software Engineer Intern
The process was pretty straightforward: first, there was an initial screening. Then came the technical rounds where they really dug into the fundamentals and problem-solving skills. After that, I had a chat with HR. They also asked about my past projects and experience. There was also a basic HR round where we talked about communication and cultural fit. All in all, it went pretty smoothly and was well-organized.

Product Manager
I can't say enough good things about the TA team and the interview committee. Because of some personal things I had going on, I needed some flexibility, and they were super understanding. They actually changed up the interview process to work with my situation. What really impressed me was how the interview committee was willing to adjust their packed schedules just to meet my timeline. It was a huge thing that made me feel valued even before starting the job. The chats were professional, smart, and really about true product thinking, not just trying to stump the candidate.

Senior Talent Acquisition Executive
So first there was like a theoretical round, basically testing my knowledge on HR stuff, like the whole recruitment lifecycle, how to source candidates, and just general industry know-how. Then came the practical part, which also included a PPT presentation. They gave me a case study, like asking me to come up with a hiring strategy or a recruitment plan, and I had to make a PowerPoint for it and then present it to the panel. This was to see if I could think practically and strategically, and also how I communicate. The last round was with the manager I'd report to. We just talked about my previous work, any hiring problems I'd encountered, how I handle working with different people, and if I'd fit into the company culture.
- Can you tell me about the recruitment lifecycle?
- What are some sourcing strategies you've used?
- What's your basic industry knowledge?
Technical Product Manager
The recruiter responded quickly, within days or even the same day. They asked about salary expectations early on, maybe because they're trying to control costs and the offered salaries are lower than expected for the industry. I must have passed the initial screening because I was given an online skills and personality assessment, which is a standard test used by companies like IBM. I've taken similar tests before and usually score well.
- Can you tell me about your background and experience?
- How do you fit this role and what is your industry experience?
- Would you be open to relocating?
