Managed Care Representative
First, a phone interview, and then you'll have on-site interviews. When you're on-site, you'll meet with the senior business office leadership, followed by a group meeting with managers. You might also meet with a team lead from one of the business office areas. Everyone was very friendly and approachable.

The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to, which made the process smoother. I heard back very quickly, which was great. The interview process overall was good and didn't take long for them to reach out. The questions were typical for an interview, and it was a good experience.

I was brought into a room with 3-4 other nurses and drilled. It was very intimidating. I didn’t feel comfortable. They asked inappropriate questions. Nurses were pulled off the floor and were unprepared and very busy.
