This was such an easygoing, relaxed interview process. The first step involved a phone call with HR followed by a video interview with a sales director followed by another video interview with the overall sales manager. All three people I interviewed with were super accommodating, friendly, and easy to talk to. The process was also very straightforward and they did an excellent job of communicating and scheduling things in a timely manner.

Ask about benefits! They will probably offer you the job on the spot if they like you so you’ll be tempted to say yes. Once you start reading the handbook you’ll realize unless you live in California you get 1.08 hours of pto per pay period… that’s a whopping 3.5 days for a whole year. And for a “benefits” company their choices of health insurance was extremely disappointing.

The interview was a video call, and it felt friendly and professional. Hiring managers from different teams joined to ask questions and share more about the company. It was a great way to get a clear picture of what to expect and to get a lot of different questions answered.

The interview experience was positive. I spoke with two interviewers who asked good, thought-provoking questions. It was a pretty straightforward interview process, and thankfully, I got the job offer in the end.
