Implementation Manager
I applied online and got sent two online assessments, one for personality and one for cognitive abilities. After completing those, a US-based recruiter called me for a 20-minute phone interview to go over my experience and how it fits the role. Since that went well, I was invited to the office for a face-to-face interview with the head of department and a team member. The interview was competency-based, asking about my experience, past projects, and company knowledge. I thought it went well, but unfortunately, I never heard back and saw the job was re-advertised, meaning I wasn't successful. I was really disappointed about the lack of feedback, especially since I took time off work and traveled for over an hour to get there.

Office Manager
it was a very long process but fair, there were tests and screening calls, followed by 5 rounds of interviews. The whole process took about 5 weeks. Communication was great, they explained all the stages clearly and the recruiters always followed up the next day. Each round happened within a week or less.
- Tell me about your skills and career path.
- Walk me through your experience.
- What are your predictions for the next steps in this process?
Implementation Manager
I got contacted by a recruiter on Linkedin and then I applied. The recruiter was really nice and helpful. After applying online, I took an assessment that had two parts: one was about personality and the other was cognitive. Then, I had a phone screening with the recruiter. The last step was an assessment verification where they proctored and retested me on the initial assessment. I felt like this was a bit excessive, but I did it. The assessment was pretty hard for me because I'm not great at math, and it had a lot of math problems, similar to the SAT. I'm not sure how it relates to the actual job. It seems like they're very selective, which is understandable since the job posting has been up for a while. I hope they find the right person.
- What is your understanding of customer service?
