Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at NAVEX.
Customer Support Specialist
The HR round and manager round were part of the interview process. This was a very bad company to interview with because the HR kept wasting candidates' time by scheduling and rescheduling meetings. She wasn't even qualified enough to update a candidate about the interview. We had to follow up 109 times just to hear her say they weren't hiring.
- It felt like a waste of time attending interviews because their HR was irresponsible in updating candidates about interviews and rescheduled them numerous times.
Customer Service Representative
The hiring process was pretty simple, but I had to do some homework to be considered. This involved completing a document where I had to answer questions about my past work. Given my professional background and experience, I was offered a position quite rapidly. My first interview was with a recruiter and lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then, I had a second interview with another recruiter that went for about 45-50 minutes. The first interview involved discussing my experience and how I'd handle a specific job-related issue. It went well overall. During the second interview, I learned more about the role and shared how I felt my customer service experience would make me a good fit. Shortly after that call, which lasted around two hours, the initial recruiter contacted me with a job offer!
- What do you think are some great attributes that should be included in a report for the employer?
- How would you handle a job-related issue?

Better don't apply they will simply waste your time, their recruiters will call you 10 times and reschedule your interview here and there, again and again. Simply waste of time, they rescheduled my interviews multiple times and even after that they didn't took the interview and directly I got a message sorry unfortunately you reviewed your resume and can't select seriously? Then at first place are you guys got deaf? Why you guys simply came at first place and wasted my time for multiple schedule and I would be getting ready for interview and then no show from your side and after doing that much simply reject. Maybe their HR found the best way to do timepass so they can show to their management they're busy in interview and will not show here and roam here and there maybe who knows. Governance company they don't govern their own organization. They don't even the value of time of candidates, simply wasting others times.
