First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at NAVEX.
Communications Specialist
I had two phone interviews. First one was with a recruiter, about 15 mins. Then a few days later, I had an hour-long chat with management. If they like you, you get an email.
- Can you tell me about your knowledge of the company?
Communications Specialist
I applied online and did an online assessment. Then I had a phone interview and an in person interview. I got a job offer after that. Both the recruiter and my future boss were really nice and made things super easy. The phone interview was on a Tuesday, the in person one was on a Thursday, and I got the offer the next Tuesday.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with an angry client and how you handled it.
- What sparked your interest in this role?
- What's your understanding of this position?
Communications Specialist
It was a three step process. First, there was a Grammar/Spelling/Writing Test. Then, two interviews with the Supervisor and Center Mgr. After that, a Background Check (Finger Print). Then, two more interviews with a supervisor and director. If they wanted to hire me, they'd call within the next business day.
- What accomplishments have you had in the workplace?
