This interview process is lengthy, starting with a recruiter call, then a hiring manager chat, and finally a few rounds with team members. It demanded significant time and energy, so be prepared to clear your schedule if you're interviewing.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I asked about customer segments: too small and reliant on video conferencing instead of flights, small customers who only use it a few times a year and pay for SAAS without saving much, and medium customers who faced backlash from employees and found it hard to raise software prices. Large customers are not yet ready. The travel industry is low margin and expensive, requiring us to raise almost $300M for a $1B valuation.

Behavioral Other

The in-person interview was really lacking in hospitality; I wasn't even offered a glass of water. I met with three different people. The hiring manager also seemed disengaged, like they had somewhere else to be. During the process, other coworkers would join the interview unexpectedly. There also seems to be a lack of diversity.
