Went through a few rounds of interviews with different people. There was also a challenge presentation round. First talked to the recruiter, then the hiring manager, and then did the challenge round. Think it was four rounds total. Also had a chat with a peer for a vibe check and to ask them questions.

Behavioral Presentation

It's a pretty standard SDR interview process, but it's quite intensive. You start with a phone screen with HR, then meet the hiring manager. After that, you meet with the hiring manager and a director. If you make it through those, you have 48 hours to complete a project focused on prospecting clients. You'll then present this project live to the hiring manager and a senior director. Everyone was great to chat with, but it can be a lot of work.

Behavioral Case Presentation

There were several interviews. The first ones were about checking knowledge and skills. Then there were more interviews with different people (managers, top performers, etc.) to assess our experience, logic, and personal and professional skills. Finally, if everyone involved in the hiring process approved us, we went to the Challenge, which was the last interview before being hired. The Challenge is a kind of case study/role-playing exercise where the recruiter sees our skills for this role in action.
