The interview process went well, BUT absolutely no response. This company ghosts so beware. I am glad I was ghosted a little early in the process and not later on. I even followed up with the recruiter, but she never responded. I know job market is tough and it is so disappointing to see this company waste candidates' time. Do better, shame on you!

I had a recruiter call first to talk about my qualifications and if I fit the role. Then, I interviewed with a senior director who checked my skills and experience more deeply. Lastly, there was a panel interview with several team members to see how I'd fit overall and what I could bring to the company.

It was unprofessional and you could tell about the company culture during the interview process. I had a first phone interview. The Hiring Manager missed the call, and after 2 weeks I got an email to reschedule. For the second virtual round, they scheduled 5 rounds over 3 days. After 3 rounds, I got a rejection email. I tried contacting the recruiter for feedback, but haven't heard back yet.
