It was a pretty standard interview process, similar to what you'd find at other companies. Started with a quick HR screening, then moved on to in-person and Zoom interviews with the hiring manager and folks from other teams. The process was pretty straightforward and they made decisions fast, which was great. No issues at all.

The VP was 5 minutes late to the interview, was eating, and seemed unprofessional. They mentioned that they probably wouldn't be hiring externally for this position, which made me wonder why they were interviewing me at all.

The hiring process included initial phone and video conversations with both the recruiter and the hiring lead. This was followed by a half-day onsite interview, which involved meeting with peers, colleagues from other departments, and individuals who would report to this role. A key part of the onsite was a challenge or presentation that candidates had to prepare. Finally, there were concluding video calls with the manager for the position. Throughout the entire process, the recruiter was very responsive and provided helpful information.
