Customer Success Manager
The interview process with the team was really professional, polite, and quick. Even though it moved fast, it was still really thorough and covered everything. I got to ask a bunch of questions, and they answered mine too. They were really open about where the company is at and how the team is set up right now. I also thought it was cool they gave me a t-shirt, a swag bag, and even put my name in the conference room I used. Those little things were pretty unique and made a good impression. It makes you think they have strong leadership and a good work atmosphere.
- Tell me about the top performer on your team. How would they describe you?
- Who is the lowest performing person on your team? What feedback would they give you?
Customer Success Manager
The interview process was thoughtful and really customized. They showed great hospitality throughout. Each person I spoke with gave me a clear picture of the company and the role, and they were genuinely interested in me and my background. After a lot of interviews that felt impersonal and transactional, TripActions made me feel really valued and welcomed. They truly live their mission and principles, even in how they conduct interviews!
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a client issue and describe your approach to resolving it?
Customer Success Manager
I applied on LinkedIn and got a super fast response and an invite for a phone call. It was a really relaxed chat with the recruiter, easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. But then they ghosted me, no response to follow-ups or even a rejection. Pretty bad way to treat someone after they took the time to interview.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
