I applied online and after about 4 weeks, I got a call for a phone screen. About 2 weeks after that, they invited me for an on-site interview. During the on-site, we talked about benefits and I met with a panel of 3 people. The interview itself was pretty laid back and felt conversational. It was held in a hotel, which was a bit different. The whole on-site thing lasted about 4 hours. They mentioned that you should expect a call about their decision 3 weeks after the on-site. They asked questions focused on past experiences that would help with learning or doing the job. It didn't feel like a lot of typical behavioral questions, more like they wanted to see if my practical experience matched the job requirements.

The interview started with a phone call, then an in-person interview at a hotel. I was told business casual attire was fine, but ended up wearing professional attire which was a good call as everyone else was dressed up more formally than the interviewers. The process included an HR benefits overview. Then, in a designated room, people from the team I applied to came to conduct interviews. I had three interviews in total: one with the hiring manager and two with team members who report to them. The interviewers focused on my past experience and how it related to the job. They didn't ask any behavioral questions, which was a nice change. Instead, they focused on understanding my capabilities and limitations relevant to the job.

First, there was an intake interview. If that went well, I had interviews with different hiring managers. The interviewers were friendly and interested in hearing about my background, and they were also happy to share information about the company.
