Phone call with the manager, then a three-week waiting period (which made me doubt). Finally, a video call using their internal tool. I answered questions from a future colleague. Then a call explaining the reasons for the rejection, followed by an email formalizing the refusal. A standard process.

I had an HR call by phone, then a meeting with my future manager and HR, and finally a video call with N+2. The interview wasn't too difficult, not requiring a lot of basic knowledge. They said they'd get back to me, but I never heard anything, even after trying to reach them several times by email and phone.

First, a call with HR to assess my skills and motivation for the role. Then, a video interview (as I was in Paris, not Lorient, showing adaptability) with the manager to introduce ourselves and discuss the responsibilities. A second interview by phone with the manager. They responded in about a month.

First, you apply on the website. Then, they will email you back to set up a phone call with a recruiter. This first call is basic and covers your motivations, knowledge of the company, and availability. If they like you, you'll have a second interview with the hiring manager, an assistant manager, and the recruiter. This one will be more technical and specific to the job.
