I chatted with someone at my school's career fair and they set up an interview for me the very next day without even looking at my resume. It was a one-on-one behavioral interview, and that's all it was.

Behavioral Technical

I met with my interviewer at a career fair during my senior year of college, and hadn't researched NAVAIR before. He was willing to interview me right then and there since I was heading to another state the next day. The interview itself was pretty straightforward and not overly technical, mainly asking about my language proficiencies and a rundown of some projects I'd completed. I got a conditional job offer after about 45 minutes.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about a situation where you performed well under pressure.
