The second round was supposed to be a chill chat about my resume, but the interviewer was a jerk. They kept saying I wasn't being clear, but it felt like they were just trying to put me down instead of actually listening. They also seemed really checked out, pretending to take notes while chuckling to themselves like they were in on a joke. The other interviews were actually fine, though.

Applied online. Talent acquisition reached out for a phone screen. The phone screen was pleasant, and they scheduled me for a pair programming assessment with some SWEs. It was a 1-hour pair programming assessment in the language of my choice, with a 3-person panel (1 interviewer, 2 shadows). Talent acquisition reached out shortly after to check in. I gave my thoughts, and they responded immediately saying everything went smooth. About 30 minutes after that, I got a rejection email.

So, the on-campus placement process had 3 rounds. First, there was a coding round. Everything was offline, and everyone who applied got together in a room. Then, an online test link was sent to our institute email. Second, there was a Personal Interview round where they mainly asked DSA questions like reversing a linked list and reversing it in groups of k, plus drawing DFS and BFS traversals of a graph. They also asked about candidate keys and normalization from DBMS. Third, the HR round had questions about interfaces, their real-life examples, designing a cab system, and the need for loosely typed languages.
