Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process involved four rounds, with the final one being a meeting with the company president. All interviews were conducted over the phone. I was informed that the decision on whether to proceed with my candidacy would be made after interviewing with the president. After a week, I received an update that they were still completing interviews and would keep me informed. Subsequently, I heard nothing for a while. Having received an offer from another company, I reached out to inquire about my status with Nav, as I considered Nav a strong opportunity. I was essentially advised to accept the other offer, as they were 'still in the midst of their pipeline.' This was somewhat surprising, as interviewing with the president usually signifies being close to the end of the hiring process and having narrowed down the candidate pool to a few finalists, not still considering new applicants. I wish there had been more transparency regarding my position in the process. It would have been beneficial if they had communicated either that I was a strong candidate and needed more time for a decision or offer, or that they had decided to move forward with other candidates. Instead, it felt like they were caught in a lengthy and inefficient decision-making process.

Behavioral Technical

The first person I spoke with was super formal and distant, like I was just another number. The second person was much friendlier and made me feel more at ease. Sadly, I got rejected the very next day and they wouldn't give me any written feedback, probably because they're worried about legal issues. Their career page talks about good values, but their decisions seem driven by fear.

Got in touch with the company talent acquisition and had my initial screening/interview pretty fast. We talked a lot about the company principles, goals, and operation, plus the role itself, and I finished that chat knowing everything I needed to decide. It was a really good experience overall!
