The interview went well. The owner was really focused on whether I had enough sales experience, emphasizing that customer relationships are a key part of the job. They also stressed the importance of working towards KPIs and meeting sales targets.

They were very accommodating with my schedule, but there were just too many interviews. It took them an excessively long time to make a decision. Seriously, so accommodating with my schedule but way too many interviews. Took forever to decide.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a really exciting and interesting interview process with a few surprises. It was a 3-step process: online, phone, and then an in-person meeting. It was definitely worth doing my homework and pursuing it diligently. It's a very established company with amazing products, all Italian design and handmade right in Italy.

Behavioral Technical Coding Case

First, I had a phone call where I shared details about my current benefits, salary, my expectations, and where I live. They scheduled a second round, and I thought it was going well. Then, I went through 3 more stages: an HR interview, an Excel test, a logic test, a case study, and an interview with the manager. In the end, they told me my profile didn't fit the role and asked if I would still continue without knowing the salary. I said it would depend on the benefits and the offer they would make me. They never told me and sent an automated email. If my address and salary range weren't aligned with the company's practice, they shouldn't have let me continue. Salary reveal was a mystery.
