First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nature's Way.
Marketing Director
I had a wonderful experience interviewing for this role. They communicated great, responded quickly, and asked fair questions. They gave a great explanation of the role and their goals. I felt they genuinely took the time to review my application materials and clearly answered all the questions I had.
- Can you share an example of a successful marketing campaign you led?
Category Manager
Got a phone screen first, then they had me come in for an on-site interview. It was two panels, each for 45 minutes. Started on time, everyone was nice and gave me water and a gift bag. Since I'd never been a Category Manager before, some questions were hard, but probably standard for someone who has. They let me know the next week I didn't get the job, but they were cool and gave me feedback about needing someone with more experience. It was nice they told me either way and gave feedback. Good experience overall.
- Lots of behavioral questions and what I assume would be typical Category Manager questions.
SVP Manufacturing
A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and was kind of vague setting up the first interview. The phone interview was direct and felt like they were looking for free consulting. I got a standard rejection email and asked for feedback but don't expect any. A lot of the questions were about supply chain issues, which makes sense given their problems. The senior management seems unorganized and out of touch, and passing on me just proves it since the role was below my usual level but I wanted to check it out. I'm guessing the good reviews are fake.
- What strategies would you employ to manage a challenging supply chain?

Phone interview with HR Intern, then a Phone interview with the Hiring Manager. After that, there were in-person interviews with the hiring manager and a few team members. Post-Interview: the wait is incredibly long, over a month and a half after the final interviews with no communication. It's been so long after thank you's and responses from people at the company, I suspect there will never be any communication.
- Do you have knowledge about a specific topic?
- Can you tell me about your relationships or how you handle behavioral situations?
