I applied online, and they quickly set up a Teams meeting. It seems I wasn't what they were looking for because I got a NO THANK YOU letter about 30 minutes into our chat. It showed zero respect or class. I called them out on it, and they claimed it was a mistake, but I never heard from them again.

The communication was great and very professional. They always called when they said they would and kept me informed about the next steps, whether it was a phone or in-office interview. The interviews were straightforward; they explained the job and asked if I had relevant experience or if it was a role I could see myself doing. I think part of the phone interview was to assess my personality over the phone. The in-office interview was with management and was also simple and easygoing because the managers were very personable and not intimidating.
