Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Natural Body Spa + Med Spa.
Director of SPA
The interview process was easy but very in depth. You will meet with several different managers and directors before you get an in person interview and then potentially an offer.
- What was your professional love language?
Massage Therapist
The interview was pretty standard, but then they required a practical where you had to give a free service to an employee. Basic questions were asked, nothing too noteworthy. They seem to be hiring constantly because they don't have to pay for staff to be there.
- What is your availability for work?
SPA Coordinator
First, we had a phone chat, and then I went in for an interview. It was an in-person interview where they asked me a lot of questions about customer service and my previous jobs. They also asked about my computer skills and any booking software I'd used. After the interview, I had to show them how I use computer programs and booking software.
- Can you tell me about your customer service abilities?
- Can you discuss your previous experience?
- What computer skills do you possess?
Esthetician
It was pretty simple. I had to do a facial and then a sit-down interview. They were really nice and not intimidating at all. I felt a bit lost since I didn't know the product line, and my client fell asleep during the facial. It seems like a good company with an existing client base. It's a great entry-level job.
- What days are you available to work?
- Tell me about your passion.
