Staff Assistant
I applied in January and got called in a month later. It's a great opportunity in a great environment. The recruitment is very selective, and the testing and interviews are complex, but the selection board is very benevolent. I received the outcome 2 weeks after that.
- Tell us about yourself.
- How would you handle a specific situation?
- What is your motivation for joining NATO?
Administrative Assistant
The interview process involved an initial online video recording in three languages, lasting 15 minutes. Following that, there was a 30-minute online competency exam focused on preparing for a large conference. The final stage was an online panel interview with five interviewers.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What experience do you have relevant to this position?
- What drives your interest in this role?
Administrative Assistant
I applied for an admin assistant job at NATO and had to do a video interview using Hirevue. There were 3 questions in total, and the last one was in French. I had 30 seconds to prepare for each question.
- Why are you interested in this role?
- What are your motivations for applying for this position? (in French)
