First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Natividad.
Registered Nurse
The interview process involved straightforward questions. I enjoyed the panel interview; the interviewers were open and smiled throughout, which made me feel warm and welcome.
- Could you tell me about your weaknesses?
- What would you consider your strengths?
- Describe a situation you encountered.
Registration Specialist
The interview happened over Skype. They asked me a few questions about my insurance experience, like what a deductible and copay are. One of the interviewers was pretty rude and aggressive, which was strange.
- Can you explain what a deductible is?
- What do you know about copays?
Staff Nurse
The whole thing took about a month from start to finish. Then, right at the last minute, like three days before, they let us know there were gonna be interviews. It was a panel interview where they took turns asking stuff. You should get ready because they might give you a case study and then ask you what you'd do.
- Why are you interested in working at this organization?
ER Nurse
I had a Zoom interview with the department managers where they asked some basic questions. Then, HR emailed me a link to submit my references. Shortly after, I got an offer email. If you apply and don't hear back, reach out to HR directly because they sometimes lose track of candidates.
- Tell me about a time you faced a communication problem and how you handled it.
