The interview process included meeting with several managers, and they asked standard questions. They told us to use the STAR method. It kicked off with a phone screen, followed by two in-person interviews with the hiring manager and other team members. The whole process was clearly communicated, and nothing was out of the ordinary.

First, I had a phone chat with HR that was about half an hour long and asked pretty standard questions about my school, what I know how to do, and what I've done before. Then, I went in person to meet four people from the team I might join. Two of those were one-on-one chats, and one was a group chat with two interviewers. I got the offer about a week after the in-person interviews, and I had to do a background check before starting.

the interview questions are pretty easy compared to typical SF startups. you'll get the standard programming and stats questions. the onsite is a bit different, you have to give an hour-long presentation on your current work or school stuff that relates to what the company does. also part of the onsite, you'll answer some SQL questions and more stats, then meet with different people at the company.
