First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Native Roots.
Budtender
It was a very simple and straight forward interview. Upper management conducted it. They asked a few questions and said they would be in touch either way. Pretty standard interview process. Nothing really stood out.
- What are your career aspirations for this role?
Assistant Store Manager
I was called in and asked some questions. It was pretty standard, like most interviews, where you try to see if you're a good fit. I thought I was, but they didn't agree.
- What is the most important thing for a dispensary?
Inventory Manager
The interview environment was very professional and classy. They kept the interview rather loose, so you don't have to be overly formal. They had a copy of my resume ready, which was appreciated. A significant issue with this company, and the legal marijuana industry in general, is their apparent preference for hiring individuals under 35.
- What is your preferred management style?
