The interview process was pretty simple, with easy questions. However, the manager spent a lot of time talking negatively about the current staff, even mentioning plans to terminate one of the other hosts.

They began by asking me some basic questions about my past restaurant work, like how long I'd worked and what roles I'd held. Then, they wanted to know a few things that make me stand out from others. To wrap things up, they asked about my availability during weekdays and weekends.

The interview process was very organized and a good experience overall. The managers were helpful and explained the role of the position you were applying for. They answered all your questions and made you feel like part of their family if you got hired.
- Can you tell me about one of your weaknesses?

First, there was a call to chat about my experience and ask some questions about handling pressure. Then, a second interview that was pretty much the same as the first. They gave me the job offer after the second interview.
