The hiring process was really drawn out, with several interviews over many weeks. I got through many stages, but couldn't quite make it past the final couple of panel reviews. The interviewers were fair and made me think, but I wasn't as ready as I should have been. It felt like I just got worn out after going through it for months. I figured the last few interviews were just a formality.

The phone screen was pretty in-depth, and scheduling interviews was super smooth. They followed up quickly and I got feedback pretty fast. There were 3 total interview rounds. It started with a recruiter chat, then a hiring manager conversation, and finally, a peer interview.

I interviewed for the Accounting Team. The interviewer mostly asked personal questions instead of job-related ones. The whole office seemed very quiet, which was odd for a place with supposedly over 50 employees. It felt like people were treading carefully around each other. Another person was present during the interview but didn't contribute much.

I applied online and the whole thing took more than 4 weeks. First, I had a phone call, then a virtual interview. They were really good at making me feel comfortable, so answering questions and asking them was easy. After the interview, they re-explained the job details. I watched a short video and then met the Director. I can't say anything bad about the process, the recruiter was great too.
