Behavioral Technical

I had some initial contact via phone or email with the main doctor and the department admin. Then I flew down from NYC for an interview. I met with several doctors and visited different places where they see patients or conduct research. We had a pretty informal chat about my background and what the job involves. I covered my own flight and hotel costs. After getting back, I followed up twice, but I never heard anything back from them. It was unprofessional and a really bad experience, they didn't even have the basic courtesy to let me know if I got the job or not via a call or email.
