Applied online with my CV. HR reviewed it and then I had a 2-hour interview. We talked about my CV and experience, then some standard questions. There was a case study where I was given time to read material during the interview and then discuss it with the interviewers. I also had a chance to ask questions. We could take a short break if needed. It was a single interview, not multiple rounds, so it was pretty efficient.

The interview process included a telephone interview, an assessment centre, and a second interview. There were significant delays between stages. Despite being told rejections would be communicated within 24 hours and to keep diaries free for a second interview, rejections were sent over two days later, which felt unprofessional and discourteous. The interviewers were pleasant and polite, and the environment was professional. The provided materials clearly outlined expectations.
