Behavioral Presentation

The whole process took from applying in August and Starting the job in November!! There was first a telephone interview which was all of 5 mins, I then had to chase them for a response 3 weeks later. Then told I had face to face interview which was all about past experience and competency questions. I also had to prepare a 5 min presentation about a product. Was told the following day I had the job (1st October) but then told they couldn't have me until November!

I applied online and got a super quick response via email and text. They booked me for a phone interview the very next day. It was short and asked basic stuff like why I want the job, my experience, and why I'm a good fit. The day after that, I got a text saying I was invited for an in-branch interview with the branch manager and I scheduled it online. The email they sent also had tips to prepare, including a required 5-minute role-play about one of their services. For the actual interview, the manager from the branch I applied for and another branch manager were there. They were both really nice. They asked the usual interview questions, mostly about customer service, then we did a role-play, a numerical exercise, and a communication exercise. They offered me the job two days later and I started six weeks after that.
