Service Consultant
It was a long interview process. First, there was a phone interview with Hays Recruitment. Then, there were a few more calls with them and Nationwide. One call was to get forwarded to Nationwide, and they asked basic questions like why you want the role and why work for Nationwide. The second was a callback from Nationwide for a proper interview. They called again to put you forward for an interview, and then someone else called to set it up. The actual interview was an hour and a half long and included a role play at the end.
- Tell me why you're interested in working for Nationwide.
- Could you identify one of Nationwide's products and explain its advantages?
- What would you say are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
