It started with a recruiter call, then I had a technical interview that wasn't coding focused, it was more behavioral with a senior frontend engineer and the engineering manager. They asked some questions like 'what would you do if you ran into this issue, where would you start looking' and also gave me time to ask my questions.

I applied online and then had a video call interview pretty quickly. The interviewer was nice and asked a good amount of questions. They gave me a decision not too long after. The official email they sent was kind of vague and didn't give much feedback. But, I reached out to the interviewer directly and they gave me some helpful feedback. This might be a unique situation since I already had their contact, and candidates without it might not get that same benefit. Feedback is really important for people to grow, and I liked that this company offered it.

I was contacted on a recruiting platform. First up was a chat with the hiring manager, then a quick and easy take-home task, followed by a code review. Next, I had an interview with their HR (or whatever the modern equivalent is) where I talked about my whole life. Then, I interviewed with a senior developer, and after that, another manager. This was followed by an interview with the VP of engineering and finally, one with the VP of people.
