Case Presentation Behavioral

It was an intensive but good interview process. I had the chance to chat with current trainees and recruiters. There was a presentation from previous trainees and department leaders, where we discussed our experiences and the type of work trainees do and how they contribute to their teams. It was great to see people from diverse backgrounds, not just finance. This process helped broaden my goals and what I can learn for my skillset.

The selection process involved a face-to-face meeting with two company managers. They asked me about my work background, sales skills, and work schedule availability. The chat was friendly and lasted about half an hour.

First there was an online application with some questions about motivation, personality, and numbers. Then, there was a regular in-person interview with HR and the business. After that, a Talent Selection Day with a business assessor and an outside HR consultant, which included an interactive cooperation game, an interview, and a role play.
