Super disappointed with how disorganized this interview process was. They had set up a 40-minute meeting with three interviewers, but only one showed up. She mentioned upfront that she had another meeting so would have to do a quick interview. As expected, she cut it short in under 20 minutes, and I felt like she wasn't even listening to my answers. Also, I had asked for accommodations when scheduling, and they didn't follow through, so I had to remind her during the interview. They never got back to me, so I took another offer from a company that actually respected my time. It was really disappointing to see such unprofessionalism and lack of respect for candidates, especially since I've followed their work before.

had an initial zoom interview with 1 individual at the Director level, lasted about 45 minutes. Then a panel zoom interview with 3 other members of the team and the Director, lasted a little over an hour. The questions were fair and the interviewers were engaging.

It was a straightforward interview about my submitted writing sample, my team-working style, communication, and strengths/weaknesses. The interview was conducted over Zoom, and the interviewers were very thoughtful and kind throughout the process. They got back to me a couple of weeks later with an offer, which I accepted.
